Radyo Natin is a radio network owned by MBC Media Group. It has over 100 stations across the Philippines, from Aparri in the north to Bongao in the south. Unlike MBC Media Group’s other radio brands, Radyo Natin operates as a “network-community” station, run by local entities under agreement with the network.
Launched on December 16, 1997, all Radyo Natin stations operate on the FM band. Each station follows a hometown radio format, with local programming from 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on weekdays. There’s also a simulcast of DZRH, MBC Media Group’s flagship AM station, from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Weekend mornings and Sunday afternoons follow the same format until 7:00 p.m.
Afternoon programming is broadcast to all stations from Monday to Saturday at 1:00 p.m., followed by a two-hour local programming window from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Primetime network shows include “Evenings with Dennis and Jay” on weekdays and “Gladly Yours” on Sundays, until the network feed ends at 10:00 p.m. Some stations may air local late-night programming after the network feed.
Radyo Natin signals its stations through satellite technology from its central studios at the MBC Building within the Star City Complex in Pasay. Stations then broadcast the signals to their respective areas.
